New Delhi, May 06 (ANI): Senior Congress party leaders and workers on Friday staged a 'Save Democracy' march against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the national capital. Congress president Sonia Gandhi, vice president Rahul Gandhi, former prime minister Manmohan Singh and hundreds of Congress workers arrived at the Jantar Mantar for the protest rally. The protestors were detained by the police and Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Manmohan Singh, AK Antony, GN Azad were later released. The Defence Ministry had earlier threatened to cancel the chopper deal and sought a CBI probe after the CEO of AgustaWestland's parent company, Finmeccanica, Giuseppe Orsi, was arrested in Italy for his role in paying bribes.
