New Delhi, May 02 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Rashtriya Swamyasewak Sangh (RSS) activist and former president of Bharatiya Jan Sangh (BJS) Balraj Madhok, who passed away on Monday. The Prime Minister tweeted, "Had the good fortune of interacting with Balraj Madhok ji on many occasions. His demise is saddening. Condolences to his family. RIP." 96-year old Madhok succumbed to his prolonged illness around 9.00 a.m. at his residence in Delhi’s New Rajendra Nagar area. Elected to the Lok Sabha in 1961, the RSS leader also founded the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in 1951.
