Globalization has increased and results in rapid technological change but demographic migration and labor market development has altered the structure of skill requirements in most of the countries. In these trends, it has been expected to be continued in the future requirements.
The Greatest skill shortage in the World countries, Japan has the highest position with 81%. Their factories were destroyed and the cities where the industries had been ruined, but there have been many productive manufacturers in Japan since the Industrial Revolution. Japan depends greatly on agriculture as it was about equal to manufacturing in terms of GDP.
The problem of skill shortages defined with the quality of skill supplied by workforce and the quantity demanded by employers diverge at the existing market conditions. Japan placed with highest skill shortage and Spain placed with the least shortage of 3%.
