New Delhi, Apr 27 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party MP Vijay Goel on Tuesday drove to the Parliament in a car that had screen-grabs of headlines from news websites pasted on the sides and hood of the vehicle. The headlines were from stories that did not put odd-even in a positive light. The car had stickers like "No data to suggest odd-even impact on Delhi's air: Pollution panel" and odd-even formula: Not clean air, it's the Rs 2000 fine that has Delhiites conforming", to name a few. Goel said the Delhi Government has not provided any facility for the odd-even scheme. He added it is only leading to traffic jam as people are buying second-hand vehicles.
