Dharamshala, Apr 27 (ANI): The 14th Dalai Lama on Tuesday batted for quality education among Tibetans at a convocation ceremony of a college in Dharamsala. Thousands of students and monks came to hear the Dalai Lama at the convocation ceremony of Sarah College. Education minister of Tibetan government in-exile, Ngodup Tsering, awarded degrees to the outgoing students. The students said the Dalai Lama's speech inspired them to lead a content and happy life.
