Latur, Apr 26 (ANI): Latur, the face of Marathwada's acute water scarcity, is thriving on 1/3rd of its water requirement. People are seen walk miles in search of water. In many areas, section 144 has been imposed to avoid fight over water. The government is using Water Express 'Jaldoot' to supply water to people. This is the fourth year of drought in the Marathwada region.
