New Delhi, Apr 26 (ANI): It seems that Pakistan is skipping the guns by releasing a statement even before the foreign secretary level talks have concluded. The Pakistani authorities on Tuesday released a statement spurning the protocol by releasing a statement while the dialogue was still in process. Pakistan's statement says that Jammu and Kashmir is the core issue that requires a solution in accordance with UNSC resolutions and wishes of the Kashmiri people.
