While doing their'Who's Who in Woodland' project - a school assignment where the kids have to find out more about the people in their community - Franklin and Bear assume they already know all there is to know about Mr. Groundhog. But in doing so they almost miss out on a bunch of cool stuff, like the fact he's actually Woodland's own expert weatherman!
