New Delhi, Apr 25 (ANI): With the Odd-Even scheme in its second phase and the beginning of second Budget Session, many politicians were caught violating the rule in the national capital on Monday. Among the violators were some famous names like actor Paresh Rawal, BJP MP Choudhary Babulal, Udit Raj, Ashwani Chopra, Keshav Prasad Mourya, and BC Khanduri. All of the leaders were driving an even-numbered car on an odd day.
