New Delhi, Apr 24 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday laid emphasis on the cleaning of Ganga while highlighting his government's initiatives for the cleanliness of the holy river. The Prime Minister, who was addressing the nation in the 19th edition of his 'Mann ki Baat' programme, said the Ganges is an essential water resource. He urged the people to become an agent of change for cleanliness.
