New Delhi, Apr 24 (ANI): In a rare display of emotion, Chief Justice of India T.S. Thakur broke down during his speech in front of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the conference of Chief Ministers and Chief Justices of High Courts in New Delhi. Pointing out that the successive governments had not acted on the judiciary’s demands, Justice Thakur said the blame for piling up of cases cannot be shifted to the judiciary. He added that judges dispose of cases under "very stressful conditions".
