Exiled Tibetans refute China’s charges on Uyghur leader

Dharamsala, Apr 23 (ANI): Organisers of a conference denied China's claims that World Uyghur Congress (WUC) leader Dolkun Isa, who has been granted an Indian visa, was a "terrorist". The conference is being organised by the US-based Citizen Power for China (CFC).One of the organisers of the conference said Isa was a campaigner for Uyghur rights.
Director of a Tibetan rights body, Students for a Free Tibet, Dorjee Tseten, supported Isa's visit to India and said he was a respected human rights activist. The WUC is a group of the Uyghur community outside China.
