Howrah, Apr 23 (ANI): Drawing parallels between the West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said both leaders practice 'dictatorship' policy and make fake promises. Citing issues of employment and black money, Gandhi said that the Trinamool Congress leader and PM Modi betrayed the people and their aspirations. The Congress leader was addressing an election rally in Shyampur area of West Bengal's Howrah district.
