You are close enough to town to go enjoy what San Juan del Sur has to offer and yet just far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet at night-time, something that can not be found directly in town.
The home has been newly renovated with brand new furnishings, fully-equipped with brand new appliances and plenty of kitchenware. It has a new refrigerator, full stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, water cooler, microwave and an outdoor gas barbecue. It is complete with air conditioning in the bedroom, free safe to use, satellite television, free wireless internet, large ceiling fans and hot water through out the entire home. The home has premium linens, kitchen cloths and soft bathroom towels. We also provide pool/beach towels for you to use during your stay in the home.
There are also two completely furnished patios in the home, one covered patio outside the front door and a sun deck on top of the home. There is also a beautiful community pool only 100 meters from the homes that is free for all registered guests to use.
