Dehradun, Apr 21 (ANI): Uttarakhand High Court on Thursday quashed the President's rule imposed in the state, resulting in celebrations outside former chief minister Harish Rawat's residence. Congress leader Maran Singh Bisht from Uttrakhand said this is Congress' first win and the second will be after they prove their majority in the floor test on April 29.
