Minister of State for Education Mian Balighur Rehman has formally launched the report on 'Pakistan Education Atlas 2013' in Islamabad. A startling 32 per cent of children aging between 5 to 9 are deprived of schools, reveals the report. It maps the state of education in the country, speakers say.
