Pune, Apr 20 (ANI): Reserve Bank of India Governor Raghuram Rajan, who stirred a row over his 'one eyed man is a king in the land of the blind'remark in the United States last week, apologised for hurting the sentiments of people, if any. Rajan clarified that he meant that India’s outperformance was accentuated in the weakly growing world’s growth. Rajan was addressing a gathering at the 12th convocation ceremony of the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) in Pune.
