New Delhi, Apr 20 (ANI): Contradicting her earlier statement on marital rapes, Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi has said that the government is considering criminalising marital rapes and a decision on the same will be taken soon. Welcoming the initiative, women activist Shazia Ilmi on Wednesday said enforcing the law would be a real challenge.
