After burying the Mavericks in Game 1 with a 108-70 win in OKC’s most dominant post season performance since leaving Seattle, it appeared this series was over. However, the Mavs weren’t ready to throw in the towel just yet. With Dallas up by one after 2 missed foul shots by Raymond Felton and the clock set to expire, OKC needed just 2 points for the win.
