As the battle for the Republican nomination for president wages on, party frontrunner Donald Trump is expecting voters to hand him a "landslide" victory in his home state of New York.
"The Big Apple's" primary is tomorrow, April 19th, and Trump told supporters at a Poughkeepsie rally that "we have to win by big numbers" to crack 50 percent in congressional districts throughout his home state.
The real estate mogul seeks to offset made by rival Ted Cruz in recent weeks and he's made his thoughts clear on the latter's focus of attaining delegates rather than the popular vote.
Trump leads in the delegate race with 744, compared to 559 for Cruz and 144 for Ohio Gov. John Kasich.
