Thrissur (Kerala), Apr 18 (ANI): A week after Kollam incident, firecracker celebrations were held at Thrissur district of Kerala on the eve of Pooram festival. The festival witnessed massive firecracker celebrations at the temple. The 10-day Thrissur Pooram festival kick started with a dressed up elephant parade. Thousands of people gathered to celebrate the festival that began with the deities of eight small temples arriving in front of Lord Vadakkunathan temple.
