London, Apr 16 (ANI): Protests were staged against Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family in London in the wake of their names figuring in the controversial Panama Papers leak. The protesters, including representatives of the Imran Khan-led Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) held up posters and banners that called on Prime Minister Sharif to resign.
The demonstrations come in the wake of the Panama Papers mentioning the names of Sharif’s two sons, Hassan and Hussain, and his daughter Maryam Nawaz and them maintaining allegedly illegal offshore accounts and businesses.
