New Delhi, Apr 15 (ANI): The second phase of odd-even car rationing, which kick started in the national capital on Friday, saw many violators. Police personnel were seen checking the violators and fining them for breaking the rules. The government has also decided to shift its focus from awareness to strict enforcement. Nearly 2,000 traffic police personnel are on duty, regulating traffic as well enforcing the scheme.
