Amritsar, Apr 13 (ANI): Keeping up with the tradition of celebrating Baisakhi, Akal Purakh Ki Fauj, a cultural NGO, on Wednesday organised a special event 'Dastar March' in Amritsar, in which large number of Sikhs participated. Spreading the message of keeping their cultural identity alive, various competitions, including 'Dastar-tying' for both girls and boys, were organised. The children also participated in fencing and other competitions that involved knowledge of the Sikh culture. Dressed in traditional Sikh attire with yellow turbans, Sikh youth marched to the Akal Takht in a religious procession.
