Brazil’s president Dilma Rousseff faces a make-or-break week after a congressional committee voted to continue with impeachment proceedings against her. A full vote will take place in Brazil’s lower house of parliament in the coming days which could lead to a further vote in the senate to put Rousseff on trial.
