New Delhi, Apr 12 (ANI): Speaking on China’s decision of veto on Masood Azhar, United States Defence Secretary Ash Carter on Tuesday said the state strongly condemns terrorism emanating from anywhere in India. Carter stated American’s position on terrorism affecting India is unequivocal, adding that those involved should be brought to justice.
