Goa tourists distressed as taxi operators' strike continues

Panaji, Apr 12 (ANI): The two-day strike called by over 15,000 Goa taxi operators and auto-rickshaw drivers entered in its second day on Tuesday, causing inconvenience to tourists and commuters. The protestors are demanding a ban on rent-a-cab and related businesses in the state. The strike has come up at the time when the coastal state is witnessing a surge in tourism due to summer vacations.
