Moradabad (UP), Apr 11 (ANI): The Social Welfare office of Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad District was allegedly ransacked by a group of youth, who carried the flags of the Congress Party and raised anti-corruption slogans. The Congress, however, later clarified that the party workers did not ransack the office and burnt the effigy to show their anguish.
