Dispur, Apr 11 (ANI): Former prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on Monday downplayed his successor Narendra Modi's unwarranted criticism of the former Congress-led UPA regime, saying the latter knows that he does not speak the truth. Dr. Singh was speaking to the media after casting his vote in Assam's Dispur during the ongoing polling for the second and final phase of the assembly polls. The state is voting on 61 seats for the second and final phase of the assembly polls.
