50-member NDRF squad along with doctors, paramedics deployed to Kerala

New Delhi, Apr 10 (ANI): Reacting over the massive fire at the Puttingal temple in Kerala today, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) on Sunday said that a team of 50 soldiers along with doctors and paramedics have been sent to Kerala. NDRF, Director General OP Singh said that they have kept the teams on alert and will send more if needed. He also said that four teams of NDRF are on standby in Chennai adding that Home Minister Rajnath Singh had directed him to extend all possible help to the Kerala Government in the rescue operation.
