New Delhi, Apr 09 (ANI): The Delhi Police on Saturday arrested father of the juvenile, who mowed down Siddharth Sharma with a speeding Mercedes-Benz at on Monday night. Deputy Commissioner of Police, North Delhi, Madhur Verma on Saturday said the accused has been arrested on charges of abetment to culpable homicide not amounting to murder under section 109 and 304 part two of Indian Penal Code (IPC). DCP Verma added that a notice had been issued to him previously on account of rash and negligent driving by the juvenile.
