Guwahati, Apr 08 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday offered prayers at Kamakhya Temple on the first day of spring season and New Year's Day of the traditional Hindu calendar based on the beginning of new moon. PM Modi, who visited the temple for the first time, was blessed by the 'Kanyas' present at the temple. Later, Modi met the people waiting for him.
