Fatehpur (UP), Apr 07 (ANI): In an embarrassment to the Central Government, Minister of State for Food Processing Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti on Wednesday appeared clueless about National Investigative Agency (NIA) officer Tanzil Ahmad, who was killed by unidentified men in Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor. When mediapersons asked Sadhvi Niranjan about Tanzil Ahmad, the union minister purportedly assumed that the slain NIA officer was from Pakistan. She had to be corrected and prompted by journalists and others before she realised the goof up and immediately clarified on the issue, giving excuses that she was very busy in her political activities. She added that she does not get time to read newspapers.
