Srinagar, Apr 07 (ANI): National Panthers Party (NPP) members on Thursday staged a protest demanding protection for the students of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Srinagar. NPP chairman Harsdev Singh said strict action must be taken against the offenders according to the law who have indulged in anti-national activities. After India lost in the ICC World Cup Semi Finals many local students raised anti-India slogans and even thrashed students from other states who were watching the match in their hostel rooms.
