Controversial starlet Rakhi Sawant, who is used to making shocking statements about unrelated issues, has done it yet again with a casual insensitivity and a taste for the absurd.Following the suicide of TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee, who hung herself from a ceiling fan on Friday, Rakhi held a press conference, where she declared, ''I want Prime Minster Narendra Modi to ban all ceiling fans and request people to use table fans and air-conditioning units as most people, who commit suicide, end up hanging themselves from fans. I will donate around 5000 table fans to those who cannot afford it.''
