Bihar bans alcohol, becomes fourth dry state in country

Patna, Apr 05 (ANI): The Bihar Government on Tuesday completely banned the sale of alcohol in every form, making it the fourth dry state in the country after Gujarat, Kerala and Nagaland. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said licences will not be permitted to hotels and bars, excluding cantonment areas. Four days earlier, the ban was imposed on the country-made liquor.
