Footage has emerged from Reykjavik, Iceland, of thousands of protesters marching on parliament to call for the prime minister to resign, following the Panama Papers revelations.
In the video, filmed on Monday night, huge crowds can be seen pouring into the square outside the parliament building in Reykjavik calling for the prime minister to step down over allegations that he and his wife owned a secretive offshore company.
According to local reports, the crowds that turned out in Reykjavik on Monday outnumbered the thousands who in 2009 brought down the government over its responsibility in Iceland's 2008 banking collapse.
