Hillary Clinton said she’s not worried that an FBI investigation into her e-mail practices as U.S. secretary of state will linger through the Democratic convention in July and cloud her presidential aspirations.
“No, I’m not.
Because I don’t think anything inappropriate was done,” Clinton said in an interview broadcast Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
“And so I have to let them decide how to resolve their security inquiry, but I’m not at all worried about it.”
The former first lady said the FBI hadn’t reached out to her for an interview: “They haven’t.
But, you know, back in August, we made clear that I’m happy to answer any questions that anybody might have.
And I stand by that.”
