Mexico: Victims Continue Demanding End to Impunity

Jorge Mercado and Javier Arredondo were killed by the Mexican military in 2010. Their parents requesting a meeting with the Attorney General, however the haven't received an answer. Victims throughout Mexico continue to demand an end to impunity.
