Brussels, Mar 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed the signing of loan agreement between the Lucknow Metro and the European Investment Bank at the 13th India-European Union (EU) Summit here on Wednesday. The signing ceremony took place between Indian Ambassador to Belgium, Luxembourg and the EU, Manjeev Singh Puri and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker.
