Karbianglong, Assam, Mar 29 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday, addressing a rally in Karbianglong district of Assam, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi always makes false promises. He was quoted saying ‘Modi ji aate hain, vaade karte hain aur chale jaate hain’. Gandhi also said that the Congress has brought peace in Assam in the last15 years and it is one of their biggest achievements. The Congress vice-president attacked Prime Minister Modi saying the latter failed to keep his promise of bringing back the ‘black money’. He even said that Prime Minister Modi took away the special status of Assam under which the state used to get thousands of crores of rupees during the Congress regime.
