Nainital, Mar 29 (ANI): The Nainital High Court on Tuesday allowed floor test in Uttarakhand assembly on March 31. Divulging the details, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, lawyer for Harish Rawat, said the HC has allowed conducting of the floor test and Registrar General of Nainital HC will be present as an observer. He added that rebel and suspended MLAs will also be allowed to take part in the floor test.
