Drought-hit Thailand sends up the Royal Rainmakers

In the grip of its worst drought in decades, Thailand has turned to its Royal Rainmakers -- an airborne team of the Department of Royal Rainmaking which is seeding clouds over the kingdom to try to cajole them into producing rain.
