California police arrested a carjacking suspect in the Simi Valley area on Easter Sunday (March 27) after a high-speed chase, NBC reported.
Police pursued a driver suspected in a carjacking and managed to stop her truck after performing a precision immobilization technique (PIT) maneuver in the residential streets of the Canoga Park area.
The woman suspect then exited the truck and tried to get into the driver's side of a police cruiser but officers caught and arrested her before she could drive away.
The suspect was put on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance.
No injuries were reported in the initial carjacking, police said.
