Whats up Smilers welcome back to ClevverMusic, Happy Monday! Miley Cyrus performed not once but twice at the 2013 iHeartRadio music festival. The 20-year-old performed 4 songs at the inaugural Village stage in Las Vegas where some major twerking happened, and then later that night was added as a headliner on the main stage inside the MGM Grand. And as if the addition wasnt exciting enough, her BFF Britney Spears introduced her mainstage performance. Britney looked sexy in a black bra and shorts telling the crowd, "My girls about to get to work, bitch. People of Las Vegas, its Miley Cyrus!" Appropriate. It seems Britney is passing the torch onto Miley. And Miley did us proud. Mileys set opened with a slightly toned down performance of "We Cant Stop"- if you compare it to the VMAs. Miley boldly wore black pasties over her breasts, a white mesh cover up with fur sleeves and panties holding a banana themed microphone. While she didnt twerk much in this performance, her tongue was out in full effect during the performance, where little people and dancers were dressed as mushrooms, rainbows and flowers. Oh and she did smack a one of the little peoples rear end. So that happened. But it was her emotional performance of "Wrecking Ball" that has everyone talking. Just days after her recent split with fiancé Liam Hemsworth Miley shed tears while performing the raw lyrics to the song down on her knees, and there was not a dry eye in the stadium. And to make the performance more dramatic, images of collapsing buildings played on the screen behind her. But despite the passion, she sounded phenomenal. Mileys set also included a performance of "Party in the USA" and a cover song. So guys, thoughts on this new "fun" theme Mileys going with—the rainbows and mushrooms? Subtle.
