Moradabad, Mar 25 (ANI): Infamous for their top stunts, UP cops once again stirred a controversy by playing Holi using water from fire brigades. Police officials in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh played Holi with water from a fire brigade and not even a senior police official was present during this incident. The police officials were seen playing with coloured water for hours on the highway.
