Hardoi, Mar 25 (ANI): In a bizarre incident, six police officials in Hardoi tied a thief with a pillar and brutally thrashed him. The thief pleaded for mercy but they did not stop. The five cops held the thief while one of them kept beating him with a belt. The video was taken from a mobile phone on Thursday that is on the day of Holi. After the video was released, no senior police official was willing to speak on the matter.
