Jammu/New Delhi, Mar 25 (ANI): Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit on Friday said the way Peoples Democratic Part and Bharatiya Janata Party has laid the basis for forming an alliance is not clear. He added that BJP’s double standards are very clear. Dikshit said on the one hand, the BJP is arresting those who talks in support of Afzal and on the other hand, it allies with PDP, which support him. Echoing similar sentiments, Panther’s Party leader Harshdev Singh said they owe an explanation for the delay in forming the government and what has been struck between the two alliances.
