Ted Cruz defends call for patrols of Muslim neigborhoods

Republican US presidential contender Ted Cruz on Wednesday defended his call for increased police patrols in "Muslim neighborhoods", saying criticism from New York Mayor Bill de Balsio was a symptom of "head-in-the-sand political correctness."
