Lucknow, Mar 23 (ANI): Samajwadi Party (SP) supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday garlanded statue of veteran nationalist political leader and independence activist Ram Manohar Lohia on the occasion of his birth anniversary. The duo applauded Lohia's works at a ceremony organised in Lucknow. Born on 23 March, 1910, in Akbarpur in the present-day Uttar Pradesh, Lohia is well-known for his role in the Quit India Movement.
